Can someone suggest a good paper on insider trading and its effects of future price movements? I check these from time to time. http://www.insider-monitor.com/top10_insider_buys_week.html This is probably indicative, but I’m interested to see if there is any correlation between insider trades that require a SEC filing, and prices in the short term. Feel free to add your thoughts/experience.
