How do I figure out what the market is pricing in for the growth of the company?

I am pitching a small-cap stock, and from what I see on Bloomberg, only 3 analysts have provided their EPS estimates for the coming fiscal years. On average, they are predicting 40% EPS growth YoY. Their price target indicates a ~35% upside in the stock price. In such a case, should I use 40% EPS growth as what the market is pricing in to the current valuation of the stock?
