sinkable vs amortizing bond

Is there a difference between a sinkable and amortizing bond? I think there is… An amortizing bond just as a cashflow schedule that makes some principle payments early, a sinkable bond has a sinking fund…

My coworkers call this bond sinkable EMIRAT 4.50% 02/06/25 and I cant find the word sinkable mentioned anywhere related to this bond…

I don’t think sinkable is the technical definition
