Rosenberg had an interesting bit on TSX Capped Energy Index for Canada; seems to think the underperformance vs. US energy is overdone. Thoughts?

Whole Canadian stock market just suck in general, it’s not really energy specific. Problem is what do you think is going to cause that discount to narrow going forward. Don’t really see anything from a macro level tbh.
XEG is basically 2 companies. just buy the individual stuff.
