what is the typically fee structure on co-investment vehicles? i assume there is an origination fee and some sort of fee for the firm to allow an outsider to piggyback off their underwriting due diligence.

Don’t think there is a standard answer to this though I frequently see GPs asking for 2% management fee / 20% IRR only to negotiated down towards 1% / 10%.
Also, I don’t recall us paying any fee for origination.
