I think it is disgusting practice to publish that garbage.

Imagine an overzealous pencil pusher at the CFAI who wants to feel important and have that shit published. I’m sure it would show up on a google search for a long time.

Because they are making it public. I cannot think of other instances (but feel free to provide examples) where a private company with absolutely no regulatory authority does something similar.

Also, I hate witch hunts and public lynchings.

^ The NCAA does it.
