Books that banks/funds make you read after they hire you?

I guess this is direct to people already working at a bank or fund… so what are some books that they recommend you to read after they hire you?

At Bridgewater, they make you read “Principles” by Ray Dailo. And they expect you to follow them, too.

It would be easier to ask for book recommendations. Not all banks or funds ask you to read books. They usually expect you to have already done your homework.

If you read those four books, follow the rules, and have a basic level of common sense, you will have a high probability of “not doing stupid s–t” in the stock market (this is the first step: in order to win, you must first not lose). Apparently most investors either never read these books or don’t follow the rules (or don’t have common sense) because I see an inordinate amount of stupid s–t on a regular basis, especially these days.
