Blood pressure: 110/70

Resting heart rate: 51, measured in the afternoon think it could be lower

I run 3 times a week, yoga once a weight, weight lift 3 times a week

BP 90/65, resting HR in the morning 55 (was sub 50 when I was more fit). Hockey twice a week, plus about 200km on the bike and 10km running. More running and less biking in winter. Starting to lift as all my cardio+good diet makes me thinner than I’d like for hockey.

Blood pressure: 80/40

Resting hear rate: 1.5 in the afternoon, 1 in the morning.

It’s all because of homeopathy.

No idea BP, but resting heart rate in upper 40s.

I finally did yoga the other day. Pretty fun it was more difficult than I thought it would be, but afterwards I felt great.

regular yoga is a better overall workout than the bikram/hot yoga. You will get some fatties in the hot yoga room just looking to lose water weight and it smells rancid in there.

did a boxing class earlier this week, craziest hour workout ever. still in pain
