The Chiefs will win the AFC West after Philip Rivers and Peyton Manning break each other’s hands during a pre-game high-five.

Oakland still manages to come in last.

Josh Gordon - suspended for the year

We can agree on this and both look forward to it. I have no stake in the AFC but want to see Oakland fans suffer.

lynch and harvin better produce, just sayin

"You want a quote? Haven’t I written enough already???"

RIP

People are doubting the Hawks as if last year they weren’t the most dominant team the NFL has seen in years. The Super Bowl was embarrassing and not because the Broncos played a bad game. Stop making excuses people, the Broncos GOT DOMINATED by a superior team, it wasn’t that Manning had a bad day. The Hawks might be even better this year.

The replacement refs won’t be there to help them next week.

AFC - Looks good but wildcards for Ravens and chargers.

NFC - I would put Green Bay over Lions and Saints/Falcons over Panthers. Wildcard to Bears instead of Rams.

In other news, Michael Sam is looking to sign with America’s Team.  Looks like Mr. Jones is trying to clean up his tarnished image.

You two above Greenie there seriously have the Cardinals ahead of the 49ers?

^ They must think Kaepernick is a fluke.

The window will be closing soon.  3 straignt conference appearances with nothing to show for yet.

Will we have a survivor thread this year? LPoulin, I’m looking right at you!

Wes Welker suspended for four games for taking ecstasy at last year’s Kentucy Derby.

My .02 - Why does the NFL care whether dudes do recreational drugs?  I understand PED’s, but weed and MDMA?

^ Damn, I drafted him in one of my fantasy teams.  I taught concussion issues would be the biggest risk drafting him.

A lot of national “experts” have the 49er’s missing the playoffs this year.  They apparently have a lot of locker room and front office issues.  Don’t be shocked if they finish the season with a new head coach.

It wasn’t the MDMA that got him suspended. The pill(s) he took were mixed with amphetamines which are PEDs and have been banned for a long time.

holy fvck, I aint sleeping on Seattle ever again.

Uggh, the Packers were embarressed on national television.  Hoping to see Brad Jones cut or traded; that doofus was terrible.  O-line is too thin as well.  Congrats to Seattle, they dominated with the run and stopping the run.

I really would love to love Seattle too, if they would just get rid of their POS unmoral headcoach.  Give it to Darrell Bevell.

+1,000.  Pete Carroll is among the lowest of the low.

What do you guys think about Josh Gordon suspension possibly being lifted? I hope it is. I think he’s a great player and being punished for weed is stupid. I am wishing him luck.

If Harvin stays healthy, that Seattle offense looks fantastic.

^Suspension for smoking a bowl of weed (legal in 2 states and many countries) - 16 games

Suspension for beating the **** out of your fiance in a hotel elevator and dragging her unconscious body through the hallway to your hotel room - 2 games.

The Gordon suspension is riduculous.  For weed? Really?  The NFL commish is a fool.
