shake shack is a joke try 5 napkin burger with gruyere cheese
white spot
Whataburger
Whataburger meal with spicy ketchup, add some bacon, and it’s arguably one of the best $7-8 fast food meals around. It’s up there with the spicy chicken sandwich meal at Chick-fil-a.
yeah I have been to 5 napkin on uws it’s ok
I find In-N-Out to be wildly overrated – one step up from McD’s. If I am going to get a burger in Cali, I’d rather go to The Counter.
I like 5 guys but it’s pretty basic and the meat needs more salt.
Unami truffle burger in West village
try midtwon
I’ve tried “Smashburger” and “BurgerFi” in the south I think their pretty good!
^ A Smashburger just opened near my office. Will have to give it a try.

Tommy Burger

Roethlis is good
I was just thinking that we need a second long thread about everyone’s favorite burger.
^ +1. There was a reason I bumped it.
5 guys is not just SouthEast, it’s in California as well.
I like them better than In-and-Out (heresy).
To fellow Indians - I don’t eat beef. I … uhh … tripped and the burger fell in my mouth.
I stopped in at BRGR on 61st and 3rd and really enjoyed it. It was expensive, but not outrageously so, and definitely delicious. I guess the grass-fed beef really does make a difference. I had their rainforest burger, which I think did have gruyere, avocado, and maybe sprouts? The vestigial Californian in me was very pleased.
