I have bought a blender from the local chop shop, what is ya favourite brew ?
My brew is :
pineapple, avocados, apples, beets, ginger, garlic, coconuts, banana.
I mix all of this and sometimes use it with whey protein as an alternative to food, its very healthy. What do you Americans think? If you add carrots it turns your skin yellow which is super cool

i used to juice… not so much anymore. My fave ingredients are: beets, ginger, lemon, celery, carrots and apple.
I never juice fruits (with exception of apple). I can juice vegetables all day long. But fruits… I blend… otherwise it’s just sugar.
Gotta blend, juicing removes the fiber.

Thought AF of all places would emphasize the importance of a high fiber diet.
My go to lately – I call it the Near Easter:
In a blender –
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup OJ
1 celery stalk
1 carrot
about 4" worth of english cucumber
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen mango
big handful of spinach
teaspoon of chia seeds
teaspoon of ground turmeric
table spoon of coconut oil
and the coop de gras – a big teaspoon of spirulina
benefits include: massive colon blow, inflammation relief, and the ability to perceive God (it’ll raise your vibration to resonate with higher dimensions of existence).
hmmm i might have to start subbing hemp hearts in for chia seeds. anyone use hemp hearts?
