I heard the next ecological disaster that will receive blockbuster movie treatment is “Fukushima” starring Vin Diesel, in which Vin Diesel literally punches “radiation” in the face. I’m not sure how this will translate to screen; it probably depends who they cast as radiation. Probably Javier Bardem, aka every movie villain since 2001.
