"Metallica front man James Hetfield will narrate a new documentary about the dangers of porn addiction, called “Addicted to Porn: Chasing the Cardboard Butterfly.”

The film, from filmmaker Justin Hunt, will address how pornography has affected society and how technology has changed its influence and availability"

Has the No Fap movement found its celebrity voice?

Nothing wrong with showing the downside of this whole porn thing. A Healthy porn watching habit? Is that a thing?

#Nofaprules

Fapping is a huge time drain. When I saw this topic I became inspired to check my favorite porntube site and next thing I knew all my energy was gone.

And I got to give them credit for producing such high quality material. After streaming porn became a thing, those smart producers started data mining and now the videos are better than ever

remember when everyone hated Metallica because of Lars’ Napster beef?

Listened to James on Joe Rogan a few weeks ago and he was really just a class act and all around great guy. Glad to hear hes doing well

This belongs in the nofap thread. I think P**n is a real problem for our youth and is only going to get worse with VR. The science makes sense to me about what it does to your brain and the way it impacts relationships. The research is fascinating to me.

I think porn is the same as everything else. Its fine in moderation, but a lot of people lack the self control to handle it. If you sacrifice an excessive amount of free time fapping and its impacting your life, nofap is a good idea (however the subreddit is a horrific place full of angry redpillers who just got dumped)
