i take a generic mens multi - prob placebo but whatever its cheap so im not concerned

You should take at the very least:

-multi vitamin

-5000 IU D3 per day

-Omega 3 (flax, krill/fish oil)

…whatever maximizes profit, ignoring externalities.

I hear about people in mma talking about krill oil a lot. Is it all its cracked up to be?

My former MMA trainer/nutritionist swore by it. I took it when I trained with him as he was meticulous about my intake, but since then just make sure the foods I eat have enough Omega 3s to offset the Omega 9s.

Interestingly enough, Whole Foods doesn’t carry Krill as it is unsustainable.

Daily cocktail of Cialis, oxypowder, and a couple ludes if I’m feeling extra frisky.

Seriously tho- multivitamin, double daily dose vitamin D. I take magnesium and glucosamine chondroitin but not religiously like I do with the first 2

lol i mean a lot of people are taking vitamins especially older people. and im always down to take a pill to improve my performance. whats the multivitamin do? also hairloss pills? do those work. thats what really caught my eye. my hair is thinning out so i started using rogaine.

If your hairs really starting to thin, maybe best to just shave it.

If you eat a well balanced diet, you’ll just piss out a daily multivitamin. Need fish oil? Eat salmon or tuna a couple times a week. Hair thinning out? Own it or take a pill that will make your wang sad. Is your wang sad? Well, then in that case, yes you should definitely take a pill for that.
