Freestyle BMX is bicycle motocross stunt riding on BMX bikes. It is an extremesportdescended from BMX racing that consists of five disciplines: street, park, vert, trails, and flatland. It’s called mountain bike trials. It’s not freestyle which was mentioned above. Trial riding is typically done on super technical trails with the rule that you can’t put your feet down but has splashed over to urban settings more post MacAskill’s Imaginate which is one of the greatest outdoor sports videos ever made.
