I think this is indonedian, and the guy got angry because he was a pats fan and just learned they lost the superbowl. Then he asked his wife what she thought it would look like if someone was pretending to have a seizure in order to scam the vendor they were outside of, and she said “Oh, let me show you.” Either that or she wanted to try out a new dance move, I’m not completely sure, my indonesian is a bit rusty.
