My mind has totally changed about New Years resolutioners

Seriously. I used to loathe going to the gym in January because there’s so many people…

but, now I kinda dig it. The gym is generally filled with more TnA which is a huge plus, and at worst I have to wait a little longer for a machine. Plus I kinda look really good and it’s nice to see my hard work pay off.

Grow a pair and ditch those machines and you’ll be even more cut. Free weights, that’ where it’s at.

Agree with you on the talent. January is a great month at the gym.

For the TnA, pick up yoga instead of the gym.

Clearly I was talking about a treadmill bro. Do I look like I skip leg day? (Yeah I skip leg day).

On one hand, the scenery might have improved, as mentioned above. However, it’s mildly distracting to spend 20 minutes next to some 35 year old housewife slamming an exercise ball on the floor to develop “explosive power”.

I hate going to the gym at the start of a New Year – the reward isn’t worth the hassle of maneuvering around newbies. But come April, I’m back in the zone…
