What’s your take on this. Did Monsanto pull a fast one on Bayer? Reminds me of how ABB got burned with asbestos claims back in the day.

there are a lot of ridiculous cases like this where people value getting cancer at 80-250m. anyways its a lil funny for a few reasons

  1. the npv of their life is prolly worth less than 1m.

  2. their argument on how they got cancer is weak.

  3. they were using the product in some ridiculous way.

anyways im not even trying to blame the people who are suing. its really the lawyer vermins that convince them of it. reminds me of that disgusting julia roberts film.
