Two possibilities (1) according to my sources they are allowing themselves to be visible to prepare people for first contact, (2) project Bluebeam is being executed. So either there are ETIs ready to make contact, or your government is involved in a conspiracy ( 
) to deceive the people. and if they’re breaking this out, it’s to distract from something BIG and possibly a play at expanding control – think complete suspension of freedom during an ET conflict.
So i guess Birdman has to begrudgingly put one (even though in actuality i’m about 100%) up in the correct column for Turd because one of these almost certainly has to be correct.
