I’m on yet another flight two days ago and this circus clown of a man sits and pulls out the wired Apple headphones, pinching the mic and holding it close to his mouth. He’s having a conversation that sounds like the caricature of a serious businessman that Patrick Bateman sounds like explaining fashion to his nonexistent friend before cutting him off and telling him that T. Boone Pickens just walked in.
The moral of the story is that, I can’t stand it when people conduct loud business conversations in close proximity. I’m all for the freedom to do what you need to do, but have respect for others. I am trying to read a book, and all I can do is try re-reading the same sentence over and over again while your stupid conversation fills my brain. Why is this buffoon’s phone call more important than my book?
It’s probably business oriented Thinkpad or Elitebook. Those laptops are conservative in design but are packed with features and top specs and expensive as f@#$.
I am good at farting those silent but deadly ones and like to watch people’s reactions. I always thought this habit would die as I get old but I still do it…
You know what else is annoying? The increases in oversize luggage fees. I used to get a surfboard, snowboard, or bike case by with little to no extra fee, but now its like $150 each way or something.
What does this actually refer too? Do people really get upset when I order a double vodka? Or, are they talking about people getting drunk and getting loud and stupid?
I don’t see how my binge drinking on planes while remaining perfectly quiet should displease anyone.
