I’m glad to see this post. My baby is 4 month old now. Both my husband and I plan to study level II…Not sure how things will work out but I’m very tired now and having headches…My baby still can’t sleep through the night yet…
Realizing this is an old post- curious what you decided and any advice you have in retrospect. My husband is dying to have kids. I’m sitting for level one this June and wondering if I can balance newborn/ pregnancy while studying for level 2.
Why would you put yourself through that? Do one thing at a time. Either postpone the exam, or having kids. I have a 19 month old, so you know I’m not pulling this out my ass. I’ve lived through it, and it’s hard as hell even as a father (no breast feeding duty).
There are a bunch of articles out there if you google. Parents who juggled several kids, job, and successful study. It takes good organization but you can do it! Big support system can make it all happen.
I would never study Level II with a newborn.
For one thing, most newborns can’t keep up.
Honeybadgers son is now about 6 years old…
