I suspect the unsold books, which by all accounts is the vast majority of those printed, will be donated to the Clinton Foundation so they can distribute them to the children of Haiti.
I recently finished this in audiobook form. Hence the callout to you in the other thread. It was pretty good. When I say good, I mean it was so disturbing that it messed with my head. Pat Bateman drew my ire; he needs to be put down.
