CPAbeatsCFA - you are a d-bag. If you cant help here, just shut it. Give APP the benefit of the doubt as he has signed the ethics attestation 3+ times. Just because he works BO doesnt mean he isnt qualified for the CFA Desig. He is at worst guilty of having very little in the way of CV imagination. Also - having seen APP’s preparation materials for the LIII exam (APP - global attribution chart?), I can assure you he is more highly qualified than most people. So lets figure out a way to help him navigate the rules while staying within them.
