New errata came out May 21 and this still has not changed… bond value at a node includes the current coupon. Hmmm
I have noticed the following during my humble experience in this topic. When the problem asks bond value, the answer does not include the coupon, but when it asks the value at a particular node (without explicit words “bond value”), the answer does include the coupon. Although I have no explanation for this, I wonder whether this might be the key to the elimination of all of the confusions. Correct me if this is not true.
This is what I noticed, although my experience does not have depth, but 2 days of reading R36 and solving EOC problems.
