What I’m doing now is creating exams of 24 advanced questions each on Qbank choosing from my weakest scored areas. When you pick advanced I noticed that it always gives you the vignette style questions (also using multiples of 6 questions). Keeping it to 4 vignettes at a time helps me with the monotony factor too.

You can pull up that ethics score quicker than any other section just using q bank.

Do all the CFAI ethics questions from the book and you will be set. I promise.
Yeah I’ll take Dinesh’s scores all day long, and just go play golf everyday between now and then and maybe peek at Ethics to put me to sleep everynight
Thanks guys. I really feel Ethics was genuinely difficult on this one, nobody else feels the same? I mean, I have not yet read the standards at L2, but I still have a good store of knowledge from L1. My plan from tomorrow would be to do atleast 20 questions from Qbank. Also I blanked out on the H-model formula, wasted 10 mins to recall it, scribbled it on a rough, tore opn the book (yea, in the middle of the exam) and re-confirmed if I got the right one down. So deduct 1 for misconduct. Thirdly, I did not time the test, but looking at the darkness outside the window, I know for sure I overran the clock by 1 hr or so
i’m not worried about time. talking to most folks, Schweser is WAAAAY wordier than the real deal. Look at the 2006 examples vs. your typical Schweser vignette. No comparison as far as length.
Hi Dinesh, Very good score for 1st practise exam. I am sure post ethics revision you will socre more(80+) and 2nd paper you will complete before time.

correct Rakesh, I will make sure I will time myself for the next test. Since this was my first exposure to vignettes, I thought of planning out the strategies to attack the format, tried different strategies on each and finally have one ready for the D-day now. kabhii- unfortunately ethics is still on my plate (thought I have read the SoftDollars and ROS) I still have a long way to go. Deciding 20 questions per day from Qbank till the check-mate day!
dinesh is on his way. ethics 1 am was insane. i got 5/12. it can only go up from there.
correct Dsylexic - those 2 columned answer choices have really ripped me apart. I usually get half of that question correct and messup the other half. And from what I have seen at L1. CFAI loves multi columned questions.

book 1 AM = 77%. i was lost alot though. and a bonehead error for 2 questions, but i know everyone has that.
