Preparing to need one yourself? Lol. I was actually thinking about this exact topic right after the test.
When I left the exam I was overwhelmed with this feeling that early on in the sessions I answered a question in the wrong number box and answered every subsequent question out of order. I checked a bunch of times during the exam things were in the right spot but I still had that FEELING you know? OCD!!!

I got band 10 last year, asked for a retab, got nothing from it.
This year I read a little more about the grading process. Part of it is actually a QC of the papers, so asking for a retab is pretty much like asking them to do another QC. Odds are very low unless you got band 1 and you actually know you knew way more.
