For what it’s worth, I didn’t see a congratulations message either, but I also started studying the Monday before the test 
I’ll definitely share my result tomorrow but unfortunately i won’t care at that point whether or not this is a tell. My guess is the people that got the message passed and those that didn’t could go either way.
I got the message and I’ll share my result tomorrow. Hopefully it confirms it being a tell for the small sample that had access to it. Otherwise, CFAI are the worlds biggest trolls… I am hopeful that it’s legitimate and they were in the process of uploading results for everyone and then noticed that some had access to their results early and shut down that portion of the website
i agree with arbguy. i dont think not getting the message is a tell, but getting the message IS a tell. if that makes sense.
It did decrease our odds tho 
i wll say this: the fact that we can see mush less stuff on CFAI website than we could at 8 AM today leads me to believe:

CFAI is monitoring this thread, (and CFA reddit) and once they figured that we were onto them they shut everything down to stop the bleeding.

Given that ~33% of the people on here and reddit got the congratulations, and the overall pass rate has historically been arorund 54%, the probability of passing for those of us who didn’t see the message is only around 30%. This is assuming that everyone who saw the congratulations message did indeed pass.
Just checked if I could see the links and it’s indeed the same postimg image
right so if they were doing some upload or something and only got through ~2/3 of the candidates that would be consistent. I’m hoping it was alphabetical
