I’ve now confirmed with someone that just failed level 2, that they see CFA program under my account. I also confirmed with a charter holder that he does NOT see CFA program on that page.
Tomorrow will bring the truth. But until then I’m going to assume that is a tell so I don’t go insane from anticipation…

Mathematically, that’s a fact. Suppose the pass rate is already determined (I don’t know, 54% of 10 000 candidates will pass). If 100 candidates got the congratulation, the pass rate is dropped to 53.5% ( = (5400-100)/(10000-100) = 53.54%)

It probably isn’t a tell until you find 2018 L3 candidates that have CFA program. As I reckon they have shut it down fr all L3 2018 candidates.

I see the exact same message as you now. So does someone else I know, but earlier that was where some people saw the congratulations message. I believe we all should see this now, if anyone sees something different please say so.
The question is to the people who actually took level 3 this year, does it disappear for all of us or just the people who pass… uhh this is making me extra stressed. Let’s just hope for the best! good luck to everyone.
According to the cfa survey there was 31000 candidates for the level 3 in 2017. We only got about 8-11 people in total confirming their results right? That is a pretty small sample

Statistically, the sample is too small to make an informed conclusion. What if another 100 has a passing rate of 80%?
I remember the great level III scholarship conspiracy tell of 2017, which turned out to be bogus. As far as the CFA program link under “my account”, I don’t think that’s been available me for some time.
Is there a reddit link that is discussing this tell?
