I wish I would not have read NadieP’s thread this morning. I doubt they were uploaded in batches. The link that was shared in an earlier post about the 2015 early release was 2 weeks before they were supposed to be released. I imagine they have been uploaded for a while and if you didn’t see the Congratulations message you didn’t pass. I didn’t see the message and was the first to try and confirm the tell. I refreshed 50 million times and nothing. Going to be a sad 15 hours till confirmation 
Are the people with the " Congratulation" statement can still see them? or everything change now?
The tell was eliminated about 30 minutes after it was discovered.
My guess is that it occurs in batches - initially i ended up having full access to the candidate resource (now it’s abbreviatee) - I also had no error with registeration - now I have the error.
Plus the pass rate is way too low for this forum.
So I’ve been a long-time subscriber here. This is my 3rd time taking L3. So I’ve been in this game for awhile (unfortunately). I didn’t get the congrats but I did see all of my resources and stuff get taken away earlier this morning though.
I can tell you that they definitely do these things in batches. Charlottesville and CFAI in general doesn’t have the tech power to push all this stuff out in one go, they just don’t. Last year’s tell was a fake because there was no definitely yes or no since it was just 1 box vs 2 box. 2016’s was a tell because there was a REASON why you are not able to register for a scholarship.
I feel like this year’s is definitely a TELL. It’s clear. They’re even hitting the keywords “Congratulations”.
With that said, I do think they’re doing this stuff in batches. Unfortunately, (and you can use me as a control for however long you like) since I left about 15 points on the table this year due to poor time management, I’m pretty sure I got the short end of the stick this year again.
For people that didn’t get the “congratulations”, what did it say instead?
Mine didn’t say anything, it just said I wasn’t currently registered for an exam where others said that they were still registered for the 2018 exam.

it just was the normal profile page with “you are currently registered for the CFA level III” or something like that. I even had access for a minute before everything got taken down and it was changed to “you are not currently registered for any exams” which worries me a little bit
Mine just said I was still registered for the 2018 exam.
Pretty sure that’s the same as before (and what mine says now)
I’m a retaker, failed band 10 last year. Just curious if there are any other retakers that did or didn’t get the Congratulations message and what your band was last year. VWJETTY what was your previous bands if you don’t mind sharing?
Just like they release the result emails in batches im guess they uploaded the results in batches before it was finished and got taken down

IVC, how do you “reply” so that the previous poster’s message is in your post? I hit reply and it just creates a new post.
Honestly at this point If I fail but someone who else didn’t get the congrats passed I’ll be happy. Having a tell is very buzzkill I hope we are all wrong
had same issue earlier - instead of reply click on the quote “ to the left of reply, then make sure to type after the last words something like “(quote)”
brandon, IVC, Tommy, arbguy. Please post right away your result once you get it ( I will to once i do) no matter the result. If one of us passes it will atleast ease the anxiety momentarily for the rest of us meaning there is no tell. Goodluck guys!
