2016 was Band 6.
2017 was Band 5 (or was it 7?)
Either way it don’t matter. 2 years and the band didn’t budge much for me. Both of these two prior attempts I finished with about 1 min and this year I got hammered and left 15 points or so on the table so I definitely dropped the ball this year (sigh).
Where is the “congrats” message supposed to show up?
I’ll post it. I’m remembering last year, in level II, there was a huge delay in e-mails getting sent out. Once people started reporting finally getting theirs, it seemed like everyone was a pass – leading to speculation that they were going out in batches, the first of which were the passes. I ended up being one of the last people to receive mine at around 4PM, but of course it was a pass.
I am contemplating just leaving the phone at home and run the errands I had planned. Will post but later in the day. I don’t think I can take this stress of refreshing etc any more after today… call me weak

You really never know though… you might have hit the higher score questions and then there is the PM part to help the score too.
im in a weird place where if the MPS is 60-61 i think I passed, but 62-63 i failed. i think its truly that close. had i not left 20-25 blank i would be confident in a pass. its still possible tho

ha it doesn’t matter anything what we say on this forum. CFAI answer is the only one that matters at this point. Quite frankly my luck is pretty terrible so I wouldn’t count on it. Felt pretty beatup after the AM section. After was ‘easier’ but i felt like i might have fell for some traps and you know how ethics are, it’s a crapshoot so there’s no fallback or anything i can “bank” on. Ill post it when I get it even though I have a pretty good feeling how the cookies are going to crumble tomorrow.
On a bright note, when it’s your 3rd go around, it doesn’t sting as much but I hope no one has to take this damn level at least 3 times - wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy.
That is for sure. I was band 3 in level 2, then band 5. When I left on my third attempt I didn’t feel any better than I did on the previous two attempts, but ended up passing when the pass rate was 38%.
may the CFA Gods be with you tomorrow morning wherever you may be, I think you may have said central america. That’s a hellva strong come-back man. I always feel like CFAI is punishing me for passing L2 on the first go by the skin of my teeth so they need to make back some money
I honestly felt decent about my chances until this F***ing thread. The fact that others said they were still candidates at the time that mine said I wasn’t registered for any exams makes me think that if it said you were still a candidate, you still have a chance. If it said you weren’t registered, probably not looking good. This is earlier when people were still seeing the congrats, I’m aware that everyone’s says you’re not registered now. Idk now, but I can’t wait to be done with this f***ing program and this f***ing forum. If I have to take this bs again next year I am 100% confident in a pass, but I really don’t want to have to go through it again.
Last year I didn’t get my email until f***ing 4pm (L2 pass). CFAI needs to figure it the f*** out with the dissemination of the result. It’s an absolute joke.
Not Central America, Central time. I’m from Oklahoma, and no I don’t ride a horse or have a cowboy hat. Although my parents do have cattle. 
Haha, trying to figure out why they can’t just buy more bandwidth or whatever they would need for *exam day* only.

I feel ya. I think that not seeing your were a candidate had nothing to do with the tell. By the time you saw that the tell was over. People were posting all kinds of things, like Candidate resources not showing full and only partial. When I logged out and logged back in it changed. If I were to have stayed logged in from the initial tell, the page would have continued to show. Nothing for you to worry about. For me, I was the first to see the post and tried to confirm the tell. I didn’t get the Congrats message while people after me did confirm. So I have to worry about this da*m tell. Wish I was in your boat, I could relax a little more.
The CFA program has been gone since about 12:30 pm central time. Nothing to see here!
