like 80/20 confident, but more confident on AM versus PM so easily could be wrong

Truthfully the more I’m reading the more this all seems like a glitch and eventually we’ll all get the same message. I wouldn’t worry if you’re not seeing the message

This is so frustrating!! I’m sure it feels great for people that see the congratulating message but for those that dont and who probably failed it’s ridiculous since we can’t even see why and how we failed. I was pretty confident and the website changed again, now I just see the message you ar not registered for an exam
Yes, this was the case before materials disappeared.
Still no congrats message, but they JUST switched my candidate resources to a more limited version (only see location fees deadlines, exam registration – only check ID and calandar, and The Exam – with a link to level I and II results)
EDIT — now I get and “ERROR 403” message when i try to load the page where people are seeing congrats
EDIT2 – it appears i get that message for the whole website.
