In one of the UFC reality shows, a guy weighing ~220 lbs cut like 20+ lbs in 24 hours. THey had to lock him into the sauna and he was fainting left and right, lol.

I used to order Vasopro through bodybuilding.com but they dropped it a while back. I guess they must have got in trouble even though they sold it advertised as an asthma drug… stupid meth heads make things so difficult to get now. You can find Vasopro online and most places require you to fax a copy of your driver’s license in and limit your order to six boxes at a time. It’s more expensive now then it was when bodybuilding.com carried it. I just ordered 200 Ephedrine HCL 30mg tabs from elitenetpharmacy.com. I guess they are out of Europe. I only ordered two days ago so I have yet to receive them but I’ll let you know how it turns out. Hopefully they show up soon since I just opened my last box of Vasopro. I’ve heard you can pick up Bronkaid(asthma drug) at most pharmacys but it does not contain Ephedrine HCL I believe it has Ephedrine Sulfate which is not the same. From what I’ve read stay away from anything that is not Ephedrine HCL… ie sulfate, Ephedra extract, etc.
great…thanks for the info. please let me know how the order turns out. i might have to buy some from there if it works out. i also used the vasopro and before that hydroxicut and that stuff was the best for working out.
I just accepted that I will never be in great shape like I was in university and shortly after. I just want to focus on the deal flow and let myself get fat

You’re right, but there’s no way I have time to go back to working out twice a day
I never could understand how anyone can start a diet in winter. The holidays and the cold weather increase my appetite. Also, I get less exercise, because there are fewer things to do outside, daylight hours are shorter, and it’s often too cold to be outside. In my opinion, simply not gaining weight in winter would be an achievement. I’m surprised that March isn’t the most popular month to start a diet, because things get easier with time as the weather warms up and suppresses one’s appetite. Also, the spring and summer months don’t have big holidays that revolve around pigging out like Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’m living proof that Low Carb Theory is just as nonsensical as the Efficient Market Hypothesis (which was disproven by Warren Buffett). Also, forget about those other fad diets like the Grapefruit Diet, the Slimfast Diet, etc. I’m just as qualified as anyone else to give diet advice even though I have never been on a real diet and never even had a weight problem. That said, here are my diet tips: 1. Don’t keep junk food at home. Only have healthy food at home. This allows laziness to work for you instead of against you. I know that you normally want to keep more options open, but when you are trying to escape bad habits or addictions, you need to cut off the bad options. I normally limit the amount of junk food I keep at home for this very reason. 2. See the movie _Supersize Me_. It has been nearly 5 years since I saw the movie in the theater. The movie so grossed me out that I have not eaten any McCrap since. The movie killed my appetite for fattening food for many days. About all I craved were fruits and vegetables. I have the movie on DVD, and I learned from the DVD extra “The Smoking French Fry” that microbes and molds are smarter than we are, because they have the good sense to avoid those McCrappy French fries. I wouldn’t feed McDonald’s to sewer rats. Sewer rats deserve better. 3. Read the book _Fast Food Nation_. It will kill your appetite for red meat for several days, and it will also kill your appetite for processed food. Processed food looks pretty on the package, but various strange chemicals from New Jersey chemical factories are used to disguise fake food as real food. Keep that in mind the next time you see Toucan Sam on the box of his fruit-flavored cereal that has absolutely NO actual fruit content. 4. See the movie _Fast Food Nation_. It was so gruesome that it killed my appetite for meat for a several days and made becoming a vegetarian seem not so crazy. The burger that looks so appetizing at the beginning of the movie will disgust you when you see it again at the end. 5. See the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies. I saw the remake and the prequel to the remake. Again, these movies killed my appetite for meat for several days and made a vegetarian diet sound appealing.
