Mock AM 72% Mock PM 80% No real obviously weak areas - maybe quant. Going to continue to reread quant, alternative assets, derivatives, econ. then ethics as well on Friday.
Mock AM 78% Mock PM 90% First timer, hopefully I will pass!
Aggregate: 77.5% so about a 14% improvement for 12 days of studying (versus a qbank benchmark exam on Day 1) I’m going to use the remainder of my time to learn the quant stuff, go over intrinsic ratio calculations again FSA I know like the back of my hand now (22/24). Now my strongest point Afternoon ethics tripped me up (got 2/6 on that)
14% is significant, my one month hardly give me 5% incremental…
I was hoping for a 20% increase, so I’m disappointed.
Mock AM: 44/60 = 73% Mock PM: 46/60 = 76.7% Finally took these today, have to say that I’m kinda disappointed since I had 70’s last year and I was hoping to see a bigger improvement. That and I started out with scores in the mid-80’s that seem to be dropping steadily!! I really feel like I peaked a couple of weeks ago and am now fighting to keep everything in my mind until Saturday… I did take the entire thing from 10:30 this morning until 3:30 today, so I guess considering its not so bad. I’m actually pretty surprised at the topics that tripped me up… guess I will have to really work on those today and tomorrow!
aimee…pressure gets to all of us and makes us not perform well… sometimes a good break and sleep, believe it or not, helps retention and helps concepts sink in… that’s why friday…light morning ethics read… afternoon, wii, xbox, strip bar, sports…whatever helps you relax… take the exam fresh and kill it… when I sat for level I, I saw people sleeping in the desk between exams who obviously pulled all nighters… I think a lot of those failed quite a few questions for lack of concentration and exhaustion…
Yeah, no studying on friday, it’s counterproductive.

sorry, i got a silly question here…can I do AM and PM mock exam in 2 different days?

If you’re doing light reading, that’s probably productive if you’re studying formulas until 2 am, you’ll probably take 10 points off your score
S1: 63 S2: 70 S3: 70 M1: 60 M2: 77 I just finished with mock 2 where i did better. I am going to review mistakes and quick sheet now. Then i will stop till Saturday
Exam AM - 65 Exam Pm - 70 Derivatives and Equity and Alt investments (which they didnt seem to test) needs work. got 55,65 and 68 on the samples i think
