I was actually on a pontoon boat in the middle of a lake when my phone buzzed. My wife looked over at it and said I just received an email from the CFAI. I knew it was just about the date of the results, but still almost threw myself overboard.

So question - if you die between now and results day and indeed do pass the exam, would CFAI count that towards “receiving the charter”? FTR, my dues are all paid up and I’m a regular member with work experience approved, so I wouldn’t even need to do anything for a tube to arrive in December or whenever they physically mail them out.

I’M FREAKING THE FUCK OUT!!! Actually not so much. Though I will probably have to have a few extra drinks the weekend to relax.

I had a calmness last year for L2 because I told myself I was done with the program if I failed. So I waited for the worst, which would have set me free, but got a pass which I was really happy about. This year just sucks. This year I wait for the worst (most likely), and realize that if I don’t pass, it is reload time. Why do I put myself through this? I will try to have a nice weekend. I must convince myself there is nothing I can do about it now, that I should still be somewhat proud that I have made it this far, and round 2 at L3 is not the worst thing that could happen.
