Yes answer is 5.34, actually i would have calculated 5.34 too normally, coz i didnt think to convert the loca return to domestic currency before until this thread/ the question in kaplan
But then doesn’t it mean that we are looking expected return in local currency and gain/loss from hedging in domestic currency and then netting the two? It seems we are not comparing apples to apples here. I am still a bit confused.
