People need to learn to tolerate a little discomfort of being hungry and let their body start burning it’s own fat for energy. We on the other hand tend to reach out for that snack the minute we feel a little hungry. Impulse control is lacking.

Love me some macadamias…and sardines. Agree the workout program is for 60 year olds. Although I did take some good pointers from it - do mild cardio on recovery days and mixing in a sprint workout now and again is awesome for you. Otherwise I keep it real w Sealfit.

I tried a lot of things, it seems the only way to get your body in shape is developing a “going to the gym” routine, I am still fighting the whole going to the gym concept. The game is hard :slight_smile:
