Does road head count as distracted driving? I’m not sure what rule that actually breaks, if any.
There are lots of things you can do on your phone while driving that isn’t “texting”. Does this mean we can’t use Google Maps anymore or send pictures of our junk via Snapchat while driving? Lame!
