do we always get 2 item sets on ethics?

i got >70 on Ethics last year and was still a band 10 - so who knows

The “ethics adjustment” from what I have heard is that if you are borderline and you scored well on ethics they pass you. If you are borderline and <50% on ethics, they fail you. Does anyone know if this is accurate?

I think it is; I failed level 2 with 6 sections in above 70. (alternative, corp finance, derivatives, equity, fin. reporting and quant ) but less than 50% in ethics and fixed income. failed band 10.

and passed with less sections in above 70%. but ethics was in >70%.
