that is worded really badly… because D doesn’t say “vote all proxies” it’s “vote all proxies responsibly”… which IS accurate in my opinion. Any proxies that the mgr DOES vote should be done in a responsible manner.

Yes, I’m pretty sure I saw the itemized quarterly reporting of costs bit somewhere in ethics when I covered it like 3 lifetimes ago. I really need to brush up though.
yes the quarterly submissiong is in the book…however it was a recommended procedure if i remember correctly…not a required… i remember having posted a question earlier…as to how we’re supposed to know when to apply the recommended vs the required procedures to answer these twisted questions…!
