Yeah. It is making me nervous. I thought I may remember some of the old rules for ethics, but it has been since June for me and they aren’t clickin.
so does this mean that every time the company rebalance a portfolio the client had to be aware of these changes?
No. It means that if the company gets away from it’s mandate it has to rebalance immediately or inform the clients beforehand that it is changing its mandate.
