cpk, maratikus, you’re absolutely correct. I just rechecked the Handbook. “Members and candidates must not engage in conduct that constitutes a violation of the Code and Standards, even though it may otherwise be legal.” I won’t make that mistake again

Yeah, I’ll with D for the third question too. The non-Charterholder/Candidate isn’t bound by CFAI Code & Standards. parry, it may make sense to post each question in its own thread so it’ll be easier to follow the conversation.
