Exam options in the real exam

Hi Guys,

This might sound a really dumb question. Just want to make sure about the answer options provided for each question?

I assume 3 because in EOC and schewser notes, there are always only 3 options provided.

Level I is 3-option multiple choice.

Level II is item set.

Level III is essay.
