im pretty sure a bill regulating facebook will happen. some were demanding for a timeline on when he will fix the problems. he responded that he has 20k people looking at it, but due to the billions of content, he is building out hte ai to do it for him. at some point someone said they will create laws with penalties, so zuckerberg may have to hire more people to police it while at the same time building out the ai to support it. imo, this is not a big deal. fb is a high margin business. they can easily take the hit as they build out the ai.
people are making a big deal out of this ad targeting. who the hell cares. id gladly hand over my data for relevant ads. instead of randomized ads taht i dont even care about. another great point is that the coo was casually mentioend in creating a new business model where fb will remove ads completely for a fee. like a premium version of facebook.
some questions were retarded but for the most part, they were going through the nitty gritty details of what happens when you delete your fb account, if your data is stored or if it is completely removed. if they make money through ad targeters. if they sell that data to third parites. etc etc.

It’s the corporate-government state making it illegal to publicly discuss or promote non-establishment Clinton/Bush candidates. The corporate machine still has a small weakness, in that it is dependent on millions of humans (legal entities have no body, so it functions by human slaves). If the legal-AI, invents tech-AI, then it’s autonomous. Then it will only need a small upper-middle class group (strategists, propagandists, etc).
