I’ve interviewed at a few schools…waiting to hear back in a few weeks. Questions are basically what Numi mentioned. Know your motivations for each of the major life decisions you have made and be able to articulate these succinctly and convincingly. As to the value of the MBA…I have yet to meet someone who attended a top 10 school who regretted it. That is all I need to know to make my decision to attend.
