Game of Thrones: Season 7

Ice king unviels his secret weapon:

Honestly, the way things a going I wouldn’t rule out a cross-over. Who has the rights to Mortal Kombat?

Agreed. Night King riding Articuno, appearing with his army on a giant iceberg encapsulating the wreck of the SS Titanic arrives at Kings Landing just as Targaryens attack King’s Landing. A hasty truce is called brokered by the Imp. The battle goes badly but magically Qyburn has troves of wildfire ready to use against the Wight/White Army. The day is won when Jon trapezes off Drogon and 'Iron Lotus’es the Night King’s top lieutenant (bald beardo). There is a brief truce among factions when a raven arrives from the North where Little Finger has claimed King of the North swearing fealty to Cersei.

Now that would be an unforeseen cross-over! We flashback to Kate and Leo flying on the bow of the ship and then slowly bleed it into the same for Dany and Jon on Drogon’s back.

Could franchise this into Titanic II: Jack’s Revenge where it is revealed that the Ice King in fact caused the sinking of the Titanic and Jack from Titanic and Jon from GoT are both in fact Bran in different time-travelling warg forms. Together they team up to defeat this ancient enemy with dragons and love.

Whoa, slow it down. You’re getting into season 8.

I thought my pacing was consistent with Season 7…

This helps explain a few things.

https://www.quora.com/Spoiler-Alert-GoT-S07E06-Where-did-the-Night-King-get-the-chains-to-pull-out-the-dragon-They-are-not-humans-after-all

The chains probably came from Hardhome (remember the docks) so I don’t get why everyone is up in arms about that.

What’s unclear is how the wights got underwater to get the dragon? Why didn’t they just go underwater before? If it was a trap, why did the wights attack once they realized the lake was frozen? Why didn’t the Knight King just ice missle Jon et. al?

It could simply be that the Knight King didn’t want to waste more wights trying to go underwater to kill just a few people on a rock. Once the lake froze over again, perhaps the Knight King realized a dead Jon could still easily fool Danny long enough to down a dragon. As to why no ice missle Jon, probably wanted to savem for the Dragons.

Lastly, as to why the dead army is taking so long? Recall they have a giant enchanted wall to contend with so until they figure out that obstacle they aren’t marching south.

lol good points. i still blame it to shitty writing.

Also, Benjen can’t cross the wall because he is half wight (recall the Children of the Forest saved him from becoming a full wight). As such, he probably didn’t see a reason to try and return with Jon, but rather guarantee his safety by fighting off the wights.

I don’t buy any of that. If they’re that smart, build a few ships and just sail around the wall. I’ve never heard any theory that supposes the magic keeping the Others out extends at that latitude across the planet.

I’m just going to have to wait another couple decades for GRRM to give me the straight dope.

I’ve haven’t watched even one episode of GoT (although I have googled all the cha cha scenes). How would you say it compares to the best TV show of all time (The Sopranos)?

It’s more realistic.

Yo, newest theory around the block is that ice bro is a warg and can see the future like Bran. So dude, specifically made sure the wights did not attack cause he was waiting for Dany to turn up in order to capture her dragons. Apparently, he warged into the wight with the magnificent seven to tone than mofo down and stop making a racquet.

^But all wrights have blue eyes…

Too much of a stretch, eyes not blue enough to say its a big difference. Gonna have to pass on that theory. The one about nk seeing the future though, possible.

I have to say, the scene where the ice minion hands Night King a spear like a bro, then Night King throws it like a girl but somehow takes down the dragon - this sequence was stupid as F.

Is it Wright or Wight? That is the question

so sad.

Hes had a couple thousand years to work on his form and upper body strength.

His spear flew at 70mph, but since he os undead it is like 100mph for real humans

OMG, Blake is the Night’s King!!!
