Google, a big ass corporation, isn’t gonna put up with this individual engineers putting them in the spotlight over this shit, so I get if they fired this guy (did they?). It’s a private company that doesn’t wanna ruffle feathers. This is a case of how the left has hijacked the narrative though.

Essentially, engineering is all about cooperation, collaboration, and empathy for both your colleagues and your customers. If someone told you that engineering was a field where you could get away with not dealing with people or feelings, then I’m very sorry to tell you that you have been lied to. Solitary work is something that only happens at the most junior levels, and even then it’s only possible because someone senior to you — most likely your manager — has been putting in long hours to build up the social structures in your group that let you focus on code.
And as for its impact on you: Do you understand that at this point, I could not in good conscience assign anyone to work with you? I certainly couldn’t assign any women to deal with this, a good number of the people you might have to work with may simply punch you in the face, and even if there were a group of like-minded individuals I could put you with, nobody would be able to collaborate with them. You have just created a textbook hostile workplace environment.
Google’s diversity chief is white. How is that possible? What do white people know about promoting diversity?

Apparently he sent it to some people internally, one circulated it more widely and one person leaked it outside. So it was internal initially. So…maybe he thought it’d end differently, but I doubt he’d imagine it’d be received differently.
He more or less proved that Google isn’t a place for ideological diversity. Instead of firing him they should have published a paper detailing why he was wrong. Now Google has broke the law and made this into a bigger story.

This is nothing new, they claim “everything is a social construct”, so they must silence science. The current wave of progressives, postmodernists (Google, Democratic Party, antifa), reject both science and logic. Science has known what James said for a long time; men are better at, and more interested in, this sort of thing—evolutionary biology/psychology rooted.
