IBM isn’t my example of a company that is out of ideas, it was an example of a company that is less desirable to work for. Originally I had match.com, but thought it sounded stupid.
WIth that said, IBM is doing fine because they completely abandoned their original revenue generators and became a service company that keeps businesses current. By current I mean keeping up with the worldwide changes that google was largely responcible for.
