Nah, APP is a good guy. I still owe him a shot next time I cross the pond. I agree the noise would be irritating. An irritated mind is definitely not as quick as a clear, relaxed mind. I’ve been lucky enough to always take the test in a small city. Its administered in a small classroom at the local college, so its very laid back, with no P/A system required. All I’m pointing out is that non-native English speakers have a major disadvantage, especially at this level.
Try taking the test next to someone with sh$t on their face!!!
