It could be a little cheaper depending on the options you select (or more expensive). I went with non-glare glass as I have a well sunlight office at home where I plan to hang it. I want to be able to stare into it from any angle.
Hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t attest to quality or anything, I ordered it mid-December and they said 2-4 weeks.

Yes, Australia here. Not sure why shipping would be any slower - I think they shipped mine from Hong Kong according to the postage stamp.

although i have to say, they could use a better looking font.

I have not received mine! Then again, I moved on 12/2/2013. Hope they did not send it to my old address. Argh!!!
You should be able to check where they sent it by looking at your profile on CFA’s website. I got mine at the office, which is also where I get the magazines, etc.
So gents, I received my frame yesterday and placed the charter into it. I’m pretty happy, mounted on the wall of my home office (so my dog knows I’m a boss).
Overall, pretty happy with the quality. Comes well packaged, no damage from shipping. It takes about 2-3 weeks to Canada by the time they tell you its shipped (not from the order date, that was 5 weeks though it was over Christmas). Easy to install the Charter into the frame… here it is:
