Yeah, me too! In all seriousness though, as some have noted on this forum, uploading the results on the website for all candidates is a huge task. It’s not like they do it all in one or two days. Therefore, if one really knew what to look for, there probably are ‘tells’ on the website that are already there or will show up in the next couple weeks.
In any event, I’m sure the manage scholarship thing is not a ‘tell’. Well, at least I hope it’s not…

Since I didn’t have a scholarship application, the link was not available to me.
I did a search and found the registration link, and started an application for scholarship, then the link did appear in my “Manage Applications” listing. Seems to be working as I’d expect, but it was a little difficult to locate how to register for a Scholarship.
